BBC Gossip suggesting that Michael Olise may be a target, as a longer-term replacement for Salah. Think somebody mentioned Olise on here, a week or two back, too. Haven't watched him too often but quite impressed by what I saw. Any thoughts from others on here and especially from those, who appear to be more itk?

Playing well in Germany and was getting better in the prem the season before last.
He would be a very sensible option.
Him and Guehi on a free next summer with Murillo to be brought in to replace VVD slowly but surely would be another excellent window.
I also like Semenyo though for the right side.
Still looking forward to the rewards of that last window though, hope we go on a long successful run with a big victory at home on the 20.09.25 where we witness Isak scoring his first hat trick.

He’s hit another level in Germany and is on the verge of becoming world class, he should be number 1 on the list of Salah replacements.

Shughes, If we sign Guehi, he will replace Virgil and Leoni will eventually be his partner. I can't see us moving for Murillo. Semenyo is shout tho and I would rather him over Olise.
I really don't see what the fuss is with Olise, there is better out there.

My only concern is whether he has hit new heights at Bayern or is the quality of the other teams so poor that he is made to look good. Even Werner looked good in the Bundesliga.

We all need to be aware that it’s unlikely we will spend much at all next summer given the size of the outlay even with sales out of this one.
We will need at least one CB so Guehi could be a replacement for Konate but I also think we need a second one also if Konate leaves.
Olise could be an option to replace Salah, and we do need to be thinking about life after the great man.
