Dom rumours are tosh, as it has been known for about 2 years its Macca they are after.
Bastoni rumour has legs but I wouldn't be placing any bets on it. His preference is to stay in Italy with Inter and sign a new deal. Although his agent has said he is open to listening to offers for him, that could just be games to get a better contract.

Any news on other CB alternatives, Schlotterbeck has been mentioned previously?
I hope we get Szoboszlai and Grav both extended soon.

Outside of Guehi. The only other ones that I've heard about, who would come into the first team as starters are Lukeba and Konsa. That was in the summer tho EM.

Don’t rate Konsa, just another bang average English defender and at 28 he’s at the wrong end of his career, Lukeba is poor in the air and had a lot of time out through injury. No thanks to either of them. I think if Madrid offer £75m plus, Mac Allister goes.

{Ed001's Note - Agbadou. Not with the style of football we are playing, which incidentally Pereira changed to in the summer as well, which is why Wolves are bottom of the table. They were constantly passing it around the backline and had a few errors, which resulted in goals, the confidence of the defence nosedived and they disintegrated as a unit. If we are going back to an aggressive, front foot style, higher up the pitch and not asking the defenders to be the playmakers, then he would have been an excellent signing. Now his confidence is gone, I am not sure a move under such pressure would be good for him. That tends to just lead to players struggling to establish themselves and failing to make the grade. You need to sign them when they are on a high, so they can come in full of confidence and step right up. Plus you need to sign for the style you are playing, which is not him for this set up.}

Latest Real rumour, aside from the Szob one, is Wirtz and Rodrygo swap. Probably started because of his history with Alonso. I’d prefer that to losing Szob tbh, but would also rather let them have Macca provided it’s for a fee.

I'm ok w Macca leaving. For me he's the odd one out in our best XI. Dom was looking like the fall guy going into the season but he's first on the team sheet now.

Macca is a fantastic footballer but not mobile enough to be as effective in the premier league. He'd be an absolute full blown baller in the Spanish or Italian leagues though I reckon. Agree with above, good offer and off he goes I reckon.

Why would anybody want a dead carcass?
I understand that logic isn’t a prerequisite for opinions but who would want to buy contracted players for inflated prices when the players are performing consistently badly?
