I've been Slot out for a long time but I'd take him over Iraola any day, he has no experience at a top club. If you think Liverpool would sack Slot for an unproven manager who's never coached anything more than a mid-level team you're off your rocker!

Slot needs to go. Tactics were wrong today - barely created a thing. Relied on a piece of absolute magic from Dom because apart from that we had barely a sniff.
So much attacking talent and we had no cohesion and just booted long balls all day.
Played the game with the handbrake on and still conceded two goals anyway.
United and Chelsea won again. And we slip further into euorpa league places or worse.

Xabi going to City will end any possibility of him ever managing us.
I'd like him to be our manager, I don't want him to be city's. But he hasn't done enough in the game for it to be a devastating blow if it transpires that way.
I'd be much more worried about City if Enrique went there.

The biggest worry we have right now is Man United returning to the top table, we only really had to compete with city over the last ten years so we were pretty much guaranteed champions league and commercial success.
They bought a lot of talent, but never had a coherent plan or the right management to bring things together. Unfortunately we're giving off those vibes this season.

Kaizer - Slot won the Premier League, you can't just brush that aside. Even before that, he won the Dutch League and Cup with Feyenoord, Iraola hasn't come close to anything like that. Those are the facts, unfortunately. I'm no fan of Slot, none whatsoever, but better the devil you know sometimes.
The fact remains that there's zero chance the club is going to sack a Prmier Leaue winning manager to bring in somebody like Iraola, who's got little more than a gold star to his name.

Slot has to go Tonight. We created 1 chance in the 1st half! 1! That is not acceptable at Anfield. We had a 20 minute spell in the 2nd half that should be expected as the minimum. We scored a worldie and then Skots tactics were to sit on the edge of our box and let them have the ball. Totally inept. We should be pushing for the 2nd goal or at least dominating the ball. I support Liverpool football club, I am struggling to watch the football Slot is implementing this season.
It is dire. With the squad we have, we should be doing do much better. It's not just about Today's game. It's been dire for most of the season. The longer Slot stays, the longer we can expect mediocre football and no Champions league football. I for one hope that Alonso becomes our manager. His style of football is one I think we would enjoy. We are Liverpool YNWA.

Surely now is the time for slot to go right? Now that we're going down the table, Slot has very little chance of CL spots so get him out! It's win/ win: if we don't qualify the new manager gets more time with the team and nothing lost, if we do then it lifts the team.

Not sure how to phrase this but it seems like this team is rotting with this style of play. the support is starting to rot too, soon its going to be absolutely insufferable to sit through. This is on the manager, he sets the tone and the tone is abysmal.

Yes he won the league, the first half of the season was Klopps style. We were so far ahead, we then gradually morphed in to Slot style and were rubbish. We've been awful for ages, the sooner he goes the better.
No tactics, no plan, no personality, no nothing. Goodbye.

I see people chirping the 'STC' crap and I don't buy it whatsoever, unless he's the sole reason slots still here I don't get it at all.
Were crap because of slot. It's that simple. He should have been gone last October, and even then was late.
