Tore his ACL yesterday in training, so out for the rest of the season.

It is getting a bit mad how incredibly unlucky our lads seem to be this season. Even Jaquet hasn't even joined yet, but they formalised the agreement and immediately got badly injured? Never seen anything like it, even the 'midfielders in defence' season wasn't this bad!

Westwood, 20/21 was far worse. Having all of our first-choice centre-backs out was horrendous. Not unfair to say it cost us a title defence. We've seen nothing like that this season.

You can't blame Arne Slot for the bad injuries, as they are more often than not a bad fall, tackle, or twist, but the niggling recurring injuries, fatigue and lack of fitness, yes.
