Finally we have closure on the trent saga, great servant to the club won everything and wish him all the best for the future he'll need it in that toxic soulless club. I just hope that we now go and get a right back who can actually prevent crosses from coming into our box everytime they are taken on. It's imperative that the right players are bought for both right and left back positions going forward . We have been extremely lucky to have had 2 world class full backs when they were in their prime, however one is now gone and the others legs are starting to go but I'd still keep robbo so long as we get suitable 1st team replacements, robbo be grand if used correctly throughout the 25/ 26 season.

We are not linked with any right back as we speak. could change but I fear it would be bradley and someone from the acacemy to step up. We just don't have enough money to fill all the positions.

“Fear it would be Bradley”. Great support. Let’s fill the lad with confidence eh!

I was already okay with Trent's decision regardless of what it is months ago.

Source within Anfield: “There are no plans to replace Trent at RB”.
Not sure who the replacement back up right-back is then.

Quansah maybe or Gomez when he's back?

Bradley is ready to step up, he's a raw talent who still needs to work on his positioning and concentration levels but that will come. He's Tenacious in the tackle and loves to drive forward, good distribution and strong for his slight build. With further coaching, we have a real talent on our hands.

House of cards - what’s wrong with Bradley exactly?

“We don’t have enough money to fill all the positions”. Which positions are you talking about? The only person confirmed as leaving the first team squad - the squad which won the PL last week - is TAA.
You have no idea how many players the club is looking to / will sign.
Secondly, how much money do you think the club has in the ‘buying new players piggy bank’? Again you have absolutely no idea.
The thing that stands out is that you have no faith in the club, which says more about you than the club given the success we have had in the past half dozen years or so.

I imagine the club has someone lined up already, it’s been known a while he’s going so his replacement will be lined up. I don’t think it will be automatically Bradley though, I expect someone will be brought in to challenge him for the spot.

Bradley is fantastic but he does seem to pick up a fair few injuries, we will need a more reliable back up if Bradley is to be first choice.

Bradlye isn't ever fit. We need an experienced player there.
05 May 2025 14:36:44
The whole point is we haven’t had sustained success for 35 years. So we must do things differently this time. Listen to the captain we need real investment in the squad. We had no challenge this year but that will almost certainly change next season.

“Bradley isn’t ever fit” is an inaccurate statement.

The irony of calling Real Madrid names when over the last decade or so we have been just as bad as them.
Have you forgotten the numerous tapping ups vile fans behaviour and various other situations we were in?
