Yes - the club has confirmed Alan's presenting it. From one GOAT CB to another. Warms the heart given his health issues recently.
Mark and Jo McVeigh of the Owen McVeigh Foundation are bringing the trophy pitchside as well, which is a lovely touch.

If Klopp wants to be at Anfield he should be welcome. It won’t overshadow anything if he is sat in the crowd or in a box and supporting the team along with the other fans. It’s not like we will bring him out onto the pitch to lift the trophy.

Slot deserves the praise and the limelight.
If Slot wants Klopp to be there then that’s cool, but if he doesn’t I’d completely understand it.

My view is that it's probably more important whether RBL will allow Klopp to attend, given he is employed there. It's not exactly like asking for a day off for "personal reasons". They probably would not like it: I wouldn't if I was a his Boss, despite being a LFC supporter.
