If Wirtz signs Elliot goes, he probably goes regardless. Hopefully Endo stays, top professional. I also think Jota would stay. Jota off the bench is an excellent option.

Outgoings I could see:

I think they are perhaps most likely, that's 8 which is a lot in itself though some more of the youngsters that are not rated could move but possibly on loans.

To be fair Flash, only 8 of those players he listed are first team players. Doak, Morton, Gordon, Williams, Phillips, Ramsay, Beck, Chambers and Bajcetic made a combined 5 appearances for the first team this season. They were all Morton. 1 FA Cup, 3 EFL Cup and the dead rubber vs PSV in the CL group stages.
I don't think it's actually that unrealistic for all 17 of those players to leave the club in some capacity, as the OP did say sold or loaned. I think Trent, Kelleher, Tsimikas, Elliott and Nunez are bordering on certain to leave in my opinion. Jota, Gomez and Endo I wouldn't be shocked if they were sold but I doubt we'd actively be trying to push them out.

I'd like to see Endo stay but from his point of view he's seen his game time reduced from just under 3 thousand minutes 23/ 24 to 800 minutes this season. Similar to Elliot.
Difference being is Endo doesn't have many years of football left ahead of him so playing time might be the top of his priorities.

No one adding Gomez to outgoings? Wanted a move last summer and plays very little WHEN fit……ok he can cover lb and rb, rubbish at cb…. he should be a goner. Carried him too long.

Rubbish at CB? I agree with injuries and playing time it might be the right time for him.
However, we could do with a bit more respect for players and what they have done for the team these days.

There is nothing excellent about Jota. Now his finishing cannot even be relied upon he is a liability, a liability that is only available c. 50% of the time.
Cannot pass, cannot tackle, cannot dribble.

I hope Endo stays. I would much prefer having him as 4th cb than quansah…. maybe even Gomez too depending how he recovers from injury. Having said that though, if we do sign both Frimpong and Kerkez, pacy defenders who are good at 1-1 situations might be essential, as we will be more susceptible to counter attacks on the flanks like the early Klopp years.

I doubt we will actively look to sell Endo. It's probably up to him. He might not be happy with the little minutes he got this season and it does look like we're going to add another midfielder this summer too. You cannot blame him for wanting to leave for more game time.
I hope he's at least around to experience the Asia Tour as a Premier League Champion in July though!

Florian Musiala, the 17 is genuinely not even that many when you break it down. 8 of they made ZERO appearances due to already being on loan. 1 of them did not start a league game at all. 2 of them didn't start a league game until the league was already guaranteed. 1 of them is our 2nd choice GK. 1 of them is our 2nd choice LB. 1 of them is our 4th choice CB. 2 of them are our 4th and 5th choice FW's. Trent is the only starter out of the 17 listed by the OP. I'd even go as far to say he's actually missed quite a few players off because I reckon you can easily add Quansah, McConnell, Danns, Koumas, Stephenson and Jaros to that list of players likely to be sold or loaned out.
I do think Jota, Endo and one of Gomez/ Quansah might stay though. I can easily see 20+ players leaving the club this summer because the squad is very bloated and Slot has specifically said he likes to work with a smaller group. We don't need 45 senior players.

Gomez does deserve more respect. Excellent at lb 2 seasons ago to give us a chance of the title. This season played cb when Konate was injured did a very good job. Vital member of the squad and a terrific guy.

Aye Adam, we were all chatting about it on the live chat - apart from Nunez and Jota, I don't think anyone else from the 1st team will go but there could be a fair few squad/ utility players moved on
I'd like Endo to stay too, great attitude and gives his all every game. Elliott could well move for game time, like the lad and hope he does well but would not be annoyed he stayed either
Lot of names mentioned but as I said in an earlier post, there could be a lot more youngsters added perhaps and those that are not really used - will be an interesting summer.

CB: Konate, Gomez, Williams
CB: Virgil, Quansah, Phillips, Nallo
LB: Robbo, Tsimikas, Beck, Chambers, Scanlon
DM: Gravenberch, Endo, Morton, Bajcetic, McConnell
CM: Mac Allister, Szoboszlai, Jones, Nyoni
AM: Elliott, Kone-Doherty
RW: Salah, Chiesa, Doak, Gordon
ST: Nunez, Jota, Danns
LW: Gakpo, Diaz, Koumas, Ngumoha
That's 46 players who will want game-time in some capacity next season (34 are aged 21 or over) . Throw in that we want to sign another 4 or 5 players, there will be at least 20 players sold/ loaned this summer. I'm not even guessing, there's just no other alternative. You can only registers 25 players over the age of 21.
