I really rate Tyler Dibling certainly one for the future if not ready now, doesn’t seem to be much noise about him moving anywhere? Do we hold any interest in him at all?

Lots of flair and fun to watch, but very little in the way of end product right now. I wouldn't be paying more than £20m for him because he's basically a massive punt.
We can probably and should be aiming to do better.

Adam, you have really good background on our academy. Whenever I've watched Dibling play (infrequently, I must admit) I see some of our academy forwards as having as good if not better rep/ prospects - specifically Danns and Ngumoha. Is that fair? Does Dibling just have the first team opportunities that these guys haven't really had? Or are they not at his level?

Zeddicus, I think Tyler Dibling is ahead of Rio Ngumoha right now in terms of decision making, and ahead of Jayden Danns and Kaide Gordon in terms of his physcial robustness to cope with senior football.
However, he is absolutely not ahead of Ben Doak or Lewis Koumas. They're both better players than him in my opinion. Maybe Dibling has the higher ceiling (as scouts are good at spotting little glimpses which indicate potential) but purely on where they are right now, I'd rather have Doak or Koumas in the squad next season than pay an outrageous fee for Dibling.

Dibling I would say if further along he's playing first team football which is a massive thing and he's been able to translate the form he had in youth football to the first team. he's not ready for that next move he'd be wise staying with Southampton or moving onto a Wolves or Palace or Brentford to play week in week out.

Don’t rate him me, gives me Walcott vibes, bang average player with pace that some team gets fooled into buying.

Dibling relies on skill, not pace, though. He isn't even especially fast for a winger, so that isn't a good comparison. He is a very exciting player but most of the attacking play at soton went through him, and he didn't make the best decision about half the time. What would happen if he had half the touches but needed to make them count most of the time?

Comparing Walcott to Dibling is wild.
They both came through as youngsters on the wing for Southampton, that's where the comparisons end. Nothing alike as players. Dibling is more 'Aston Villa' Grealish than Walcott.
Also, Walcott wasn't 'a bang average player with pace', he was electric when he broke through, with good finishing too. Injuries just ended up catching him, he was constantly missing a couple of games here and there, meaning struggled with consistency. On his day though, very good little player.
