If we do sign Isak, does anyone think he will play with Ekitike, when fit of course.

Personally, I think Ekitike will rotate with both Isak (when he's not fit) and Gakpo. Makes for a very tasty bench when you include Rio and Fede too!
We're hopefully going to have >60 games this season, and a lot of people are pointing out that Isak does have injury issues. Ekitike goes a big way towards mitigating that.
Also, I doubt that Isak is going to start a match (albeit he will get sub appearances sooner no doubt) until probably closer to October given he hasn't had a pre-season. I think he will really start hitting his stride nearer Christmas.
We've got to remember that we are buying these players for 4-6 years not 4-6 months.

It's hard not to get a bit snarky about this, but people o realize it's a squad game right? Is bring "dropped" even a thing for our top 14-15 players?

Ekitike and Gakpo to rotate on the left. Plus, Isak won't be playing every single game either so Ekitike and him will rotate as and when needed. Everyone will get plenty of game time.

There’s going to be plenty of minutes and will likely play every game considering we have little alternative options up front, for the front 3 positions we have Salah, Ekitike, Gakpo and potentially Isak. As back up we have Chiesa who on evidence can’t start and finish a game and Rio who is very raw and young. People may throw Wirtz in there as another option on the left but that’s not why he was bought or why he came to us so I don’t see that happening regularly. Clear as day we have a scary starting line up in attack but we have to admit our back up n wide positions is not league title or champions league level right now. Here’s hoping Isak isint our only attacking recruit by deadline day!

Just looking at career stats now and Gakpo has played almost 30 times as a right winger and Wirtz has played there 11 times.
By no means am I saying replace Salah but I’d like to hope that the plan isn’t to run Mo into the ground this season with him playing 90 plus minutes every game and Ekitike, Gakpo and Wirtz always being the ones replaced.
Mo’s goals and assists are off the chart but he almost plays every min of every game and that does usually cause a drop off every season at some point.

I think Gakpo will play fewer minutes. Maybe Szob, too, but his versatility means we'll still see a lot of him. Grav and Mac are more out and out midfielders.
The OP posed a banter question and I'm not calling for anyone to be dropped before anyone gets upset about this.
