Just want to get in on this one again while tensions are high and discourse continues. As of 15 minutes ago anyways, Arne Slot is still safe in his job. Not going anywhere right now anyways, so no point in hopes rising if that is what you would like.
He retains backing from the board albeit on relatively thin ice.

Don’t doubt you Victor, but imo that is bordering on negligence from the board.
We’ve been poor for months now. He has no idea how to fix it. Prolonging this will only make things worse.

I can't believe he hasn't been sacked yet I know it take time to replace him but he should of gone weeks ago we are a laughing stock atm and things aren't getting better anytime soon!

Fantastic Victor, that’s just fantastic.
Meanwhile our season slips further away from anything meaningful and finishing top four on current form becomes unrealistic rather than the bare minimum.

Surely results can't continue in this vein . Brenda. king Kenny. Hodgson. all seems to have been shown the door with not being this bad! With far worse calibre of player at their disposal.

Slot will be gone after Milan in the CL. Win loose or draw he's lost the players and the dressing room is not a happy place. he's done. The board know that and will act. They are not stupid, they have given him time and its not worked. They are not going to give it more and games so things get worse and worse.
I fully expect more players to come out very soon and put the boot in. Slot is not safe, he's done for. Im as ITK as the next person aside from Carra but its all very obvious . More players will speak out very soon.

You can have backing from the board and be on thin ice.
Backing from the board means he’s in his job and they don’t intend on imminently sacking him. But he’s also on thin ice, because the board know if this continues they will have no choice but to move him on. It’s quite simple.
I know some of you don’t like to hear this and I don’t either, but I’m just passing on the information.
