What's our best 11 now isaks in?
With gakpo, Salah, ekitike and now isak, we are going to be a bit overloaded!

As it stands:
Gakpo Ekitike Salah
Isak will need time as he hasn't been in proper training for a while and missed a proper preseason with friendly games.
Once fully fit, I'll let Slot decide ?.

Wouldn't say overloaded, but it's essential depth, id say Slot will rotate, Gakpo and Hugo, Isak and Mo are starters every game.

Isak will be managed, it makes sense he hasn't had a bad injury for couple years now but him constantly rotating with Ekitkie is the way forward.

On current form, Salah shouldn't be a guaranteed starter. He was average at best, again, yesterday. I can see Ekitike playing wide left, moving forward. I'm not sure whether he can play wide right, because, as I say, Salah shouldn't be un-droppable.

Ekitike has been exceptional though since he came in. Like duck to water. Effort and passion been spot on.

I'd like to see Ekitike given a start on the left to see what he can do there.
I also think Salah needs to be rotated on the right until he's back in form again. Unusual for him to be so far off it at the start of a season.

If anything I've felt we've been light up there when you compare to last season, we always had 2 of Jota / Nunez / Gakpo / Diaz to come on and that wasn't including Chiesa even. Ekitike has been very good but still getting to terms with the pace. Lot of games and Isak might need to be managed carefully enough so loads of playing time. Good problems to have but as we've seen it's not your 1st 11 that wins you games just these days, need quality to impact games from bench.
Competition is key, hopefully get Guehi too now. Although Gomez was immense yesterday, if only he could stay fit. In some nick too.

If we take Chiesa as a precedent in not having a decent pre-season we might not see Isak until August next year.
