Hello all Ed's and Reds. All the year's that I am watching Liverpool I have never seen this slow stupid build up play. In Europe yes they would twik it a little especially away from home. As regards the league be it home or away Liverpool always went at teams. Who was it that said the best form of defence is attack. Anyway lad's YNWA ?.

There’s losing, and then there’s passing it around the back for 90 minutes and still getting smashed anyway.

1 shot on target in a full premier league match is a Disgrace barry.

An absolute disgrace FC8.

Bradley and Konate are big problem on the same side they aren’t able to pass forward either of them.

It’s terrible tactics. From a team that was right at it to a team that just looks like it doesn't care. I honestly think us fans feared this may happen once klopp left.

Isn't the fact that Salah can't be bothered to track back and cover Bradley the big issue? So you have midfielders having to support that flank leaving holes in the middle and you have Konate like Bambi on ice also putting the nerves up everyone.

We need a CB in January and we need Isaak fit to replace Salah. Wirtz plays ahead of Gakpo for me also.

Turn it in with the Bradley and konate scapegoating They’re not to blame.

As for the one shot on target don’t think it’s ever happened in premier league history for us. Disgraceful, lack of courage on slots behalf.

One kiss you're talking crap especially on bradley. Bradley's the biggest scapegoat for fans anger on what's happening on the pitch. You must have had a blindfold on when bradley set salah off down the right yesterday and laid it on a plate for gakpo to score.

But because bradley passes "backwards" or sidewards a few times when there's no forward passes he's apparently useless. You'll find the midfielders make just as many if not more side passes than bradley. What's up with that? Will we replace them all?

10 Nov 2025 13:53:37
Odd because the previous game the same back 4 kept Mbappe, Vinicius, Bellingham etc very quiet and both Konate and in particular Bradley were praised for the way the played.

The constant over reaction when we play well and particularly when we lose is becoming really really tedious and some of the opinions are becoming increasingly ludicrous.

As has been picked up by others - it’s not so much the defeats in isolation but the manner of the defeats which is disturbing.

That goals against column is what you’d see from a relegation team before we mention the abject lack of fight pretty much across the team. We had stinkers of games under Jurgen and even that dodgy 10 game run we had, but you could still see the fight in the team, they were doing the right things and you always felt that they would come through it, this time I don’t think anyone of us is that sure, whether you back Arne or not.

We know there has been other circumstances, but looking this lost and bereft of a will to fight back more than hints at bigger problems.

Elsewhere, Diaz goes from strength to strength - whether he was determined to leave or not I don’t know, and hindsight is a wonderful gift, but it’s looking like a sale that was based more on being hard nosed than fighting hard to keep a quality player.

I'm with you, WDW. I obviously accept that this site is all about opinion, which we're all entitled to, and my opinion is no more valid than anyone else's. However, there does always appear to be an increase in traffic when we lose.

My opinion is, we will come through this and there will be more good times than bad, the rest of this season. We have far too much quality for that not to be the case.

10 Nov 2025 15:19:55
I’m half with you Rome, we all have opinions not all of us see the same game when it’s played. I don’t mind the extra traffic (probably more entertaining than the football) . It’s no use having quality if you’re not prepared to use it or use it the wrong way.

I remember the conversations when we first got klopp how if gerrard never slipped we’d of won the league bodgers would have kept his job and we wondered where we’d be? I think what we are watching now is close to that answer.

All I can say is that Bradley did ok against Doku yesterday. And the first two goals we conceded had no involvement from doku or Bradley. On tracking back, after the last game last season, Salah and Gakpo gloated how they were told not to track back as much making them more lethal. I always felt when Diaz played on the left he provided a lot more cover to Robbo which helped us.

But if course we cannot blame anyone for Diaz leaving, I have a problem with these tactics where they are asked not to track back. This is pretty awful when you see you team mates suffering and neither the coach or the players themselves can make the decision to do something about it.

I remember Brendan Rodgers trying to implement tiki taka football at the start of his reign. It was god awful and if my memory serves me right it was the chance suggestion of Bielsa who told him to utilise the pace in the team and start counterattacking and pressing. We went on to have that mega season which should have resulted in the title.

10 Nov 2025 18:23:55
Indeed, WDW. Many thought Bradley was the second coming of Cafu on here with all the hype he was getting after the Villa and esp. the RM game. Now in a game where no one played well in, he is now the scapegoat, suddenly? Talk about bi-polar behavior.

Rodgers was dining out on the brilliance of Suarez.
Don’t like Suarez the human, but he was an incredible footballer who we had at his peak.

Without Suarez, Rodgers wouldn’t have got a second season.
