Tomorrow is the biggest game of the season so far. I fancy United and Chelsea to get wins this round of games, so we need one of those swashbuckling all energy performances tomorrow against City to stiffle them and blow them off the Anfield turf in the first 30 miniets. Those have been so rare these last few seasons but we have produced them.
Loose tomorrow and its certainly not game over for CL qualification next season but it would levae us needing to not loose any more games and beating Chelsea and United at Anfield will be a 100% must. I feel good about tomorrow 3-1 Liverpool. Hopefully a nice LFC Patriots double for me to celebrate Monday.

Interesting to see what Slot goes with. I know quite a few posters want to see Ramsey make his first Premier League start at right back and Chiesa start anywhere but my money is on Szob at Rb and Salah, Ekitike and Gakpo the front 3.
That's not saying that's what I'd want but more me trying to second guess Slot.

Crazy that there was an offer on tickets, last minute for this match.
To me this indicates the lack of faith the fans have in the consistency, effort and playing style at present.
Slot is not the leader this club needs going forward.

I think we will do ok against Citeh, they attack n that suits us but we have to be on the ball all game, but its the games against the lesser teams that worry me, we seem to switch off thinking we should easily win.

Does it really matter? To me the biggest games of the season have Come, Gone and We've Lost them.
The top 4/ 5 looks out of reach to me, in my opinion the Champions League games are the most important now.
We're in lottery time now. Too little Too late playing negative boring football and a formation/ style that doesn't Suit our Squad anymore in the slightest.

I think it'll be a draw tomorrow, fingers crossed for the win because after United winning and Chelsea about to win - were in dire need of the points. Is be gutted if they got CL footy ahead of us, but I think they will. United I do see falling off again though, it's just what they do but I don't like the fact we're in this position to begin with.
Every game is the most important in this league, kiruma. We've blown our chances far too much this season which is why we're going to be chasing that CL spot probably for the rest of the season.

We could beat city tomorrow their defence isn't great, having said that . neither is ours. Semenyo scares me, always did when we played Bournemouth. We must take our chances. High tempo attacking football or we get hammered though.

Obviously I hope we win, but I honestly don't have much hope for a result which is the sad culmination of the season so far.
If we continue the trend of the last few games and play with increased tempo and intensity, we have a chance, but I have no hope because we have prevented back to slow boring slotball every other time we've had a couple good results so I'm just waiting for that again.
I don't know who first said it here, but the fact the so many of us have turned from believers to doubters in one season is the biggest indictment of Slots and part of the reason why I think he needs to go regardless of the result the rest of this season.

Florian in all fairness, the first 5 games we was lucky to win most of them, th3n we were 5pts ahead of Arsenal now were miles behind them n struggling to get to the top 4, the doubts appeared properly in that horrendous run of 9 defeats from 12 n we haven't exactly showed since that we are capable of going on a 10 match winning run in the league.
