All going on right now, can’t blame us for lying down.

On top of what I heard earlier, the club want to get deals done for Michael Kayode and Yan Diomande.

Alex Scott is highly admired by Iraola, who worked with the player at Bournemouth.

LFC hanging fire on Wharton because of this and want the new boss to be the one to choose his midfield Jewel.

Ta.

Thank you Carra, as always. Do you still think Edwards or Hughes will be fired?

02 Jun 2026 20:17:54
Eichhorn was on his way to City as LFC were not engaging, but then changed their mind.
He is seen as The generational talent of the entire nation of Germany and is a Red.

Cheers Carra,

Heard any whispers of Barcola?

02 Jun 2026 20:21:41
Kayode, Zabarnyi, Scott, and Diomande would be a hell of a quartet.

02 Jun 2026 20:29:58
Dickie and Eddie could gain some of their cred back with that window.
I love the sound of all the great young players coming in. I long for youth players breaking through to the first team.

02 Jun 2026 20:37:52
Is Palestra not the first choice for RB?

02 Jun 2026 20:56:11
Prefer Palestra, much better on ball. Kayode seems like stronger Bradley with long throw only. While Palestra tactically better, can play both sides and, with midfielder background, this reminds me of a certain Liverpool player that was a midfielder and transformed to rb and received great success until he started speaking Spanish.

Not only that, the manager will have a fit team and some players who will have settled and improved on their first season. There have been comments on his European experience, but it's a side who have had enough experience in Europe to carry him through, not to mention a team of international players.

02 Jun 2026 21:04:23
Agree with you there, MK. I think Kayode was the best RB in the league, last season.

02 Jun 2026 21:09:47
We need a dm as well, any news if we are looking to bring in one?

02 Jun 2026 21:23:53
One of Scott or Wharton, along with other suggestions from ITKs of Diomande, Kayode and Zabayani, would be great.

02 Jun 2026 21:33:26
Kayode will probably cost silly money compared to Palestra too.

02 Jun 2026 22:04:35
Nice one Carra, of course it would have to kick off whilst I'm not in the country. ?

02 Jun 2026 22:17:53
Hope all is well, Fields, and the weather is on your side.

Ta.

02 Jun 2026 22:59:31
Liverpool's Konate replacement in functionality will likely be Michael Kayode. Immense at recovery defending and very tough to beat in 1v1s. Enough manipulative tendencies to contribute to the attacking phase too.

02 Jun 2026 23:05:59
"The generational talent of the entire nation of Germany?" And the entire nation of Germany all agreed? Wow, no pressure there then on a kid who isn't old enough to vote in an election or buy a drink in a pub. As I've said a million times, stop exaggerating.

02 Jun 2026 23:29:36
I like Kayode, he's quality. Just surprised we're in for him, with how much we need to get done in the window because he won't cone cheap.

03 Jun 2026 05:49:03
Hey Fields, maybe you should stay out of the country more often.... Just joking, mate...
Or am I. ?

03 Jun 2026 10:19:58
Kayode seems slightly more versatile in that he can play right across the back line, which if everyone was fit, there would be good competition across the back line.
