You must think we are the only club in this situation, which is wide off the mark.
As @Flash already said, we already made the most important signing of all, which is a new manager who will have a full preseason (whatever that will entail) to look at all the players esp.
those who wouldn't have gotten a chance under Slot in Harvey, MacConnell and other youngsters.
As for player signings, there is a WC and it will affect all clubs one way or another, but we will defo try to get as many deals done as early as possible. Not sweating it, at all.

The transfer window doesn't open until June 12th. We don't have a manager, and we made our first summer signing in the winter window (Jacquet). Other than that, you are bang on thx money @OP.

Wow, the entitlement and lack of patience is mind boggling. The manager was sacked 3 days ago, his successor has not been signed yet, and people want us to 'win the transfer window' before it's even opened.

We are actually decent at finding targets early and getting business done at the right time.
Pretty sure they already have targets and will pull the trigger when the time is right, and it wouldn't be the right time when we don't have a manager in place.
Once the manager is announced, I believe we'll start seeing some transfers.
