Back from my trip to the US. I thought the UK was mad currently but that place takes the biscuit. ?
I found out that Edwards and Hughes have not been on speaking terms since the winter. Edwards retains the trust of FSG, but they went with Hughes' preference on replacing Slot. Both are believed to be leaving their positions once the window is closed.
There is a lot more info but my jetlag is kicking in, so I will leave it there.
I have a few rumours but nothing concrete. Need to speak to a few people first to find out if there is any legs to them. I do know the Ratiu rumours are false tho.

I read that Hughes and Edwards weren't on speaking terms a while back but I didn't buy in to it, how can you run a club when the 2 men in charge don't even speak to each other? If it is true, it's the nail in the coffin of these 2 fools.
Imagine, 2 grown men, running one of the biggest clubs in the world, being that f***ing childish. Cannot wait to see the back of them. Cheers fields.

Chewy is right, if this is true. It's ridiculous. Absolutely pathetic. And FSG has to take responsibility for allowing this kind of situation to fester and prolong itself for half a season. There were whispers about "all not being well at the club", but if this kind of stuff was going on, then the outcome for the season should not surprise anyone.

It happens when the team isn't performing, emotions are high, and people fall out. That's why we've had issues with Salah and others falling out with Slot. None of that happened when we walked the league.

To be honest, last season was so poor, I'd be shocked if they weren't sacked at some point.
It was absolutely appalling that football, and how they didn't sack the manager in that November period was truly staggering. They can't be trusted after that.
