As someone who has suffered an ACL rupture, it is a genuine game changer. Amazed Van Dijk came back anywhere close to his best after doing his. I still can't run without a knee protector, and even then I dare not even risk it. Ox lost a significant yard of pace after that, which was what his game was based on. A real shame.
