I think we played really well and looked more balanced without Salah.
That said, West Ham are a bit of a joke right now and did not exactly test us. Nothing more than a data point. What will be far more interesting to me is how they respond to going behind.

No it was not a convincing win but still a win. Team needs to go to a winning run to save slot. Let's see how we play in the next game. Sunderland is in form so it will be a real test whether we can win 2 in a row in the league or not.

Thought it was better as a whole, which wasn’t difficult after recent results. Two reasons: the slight change in tactics and that West Ham were very poor. I felt before Paqueta was sent off we were letting them back into game, which again goes back to grievances against Slot. Thankfully the game was killed off in the end.

We won, Isak scored, Wirtz was better and we didn’t concede. Sure we aren’t brilliant by any stretch but you got to start somewhere I guess. It’ll be a slow process after what this team has had to endure in terms of results. Can’t complain too much really ?.

Agree with most comments. Gomez kept Knobhead calm for the most part. Very surprised to see him play 90mins. Wirtz really good today! Sobs a bit quiet? Fantastic finish from Isak. Kerkez even looked better. Overall glad we won but Expected much more from West Ham. That red card was crazy.
Sunderland will give much more of a challenge, team of pressing and passion. They won't give up, if we play a slow as we did today they will beat us.

Can’t buy a result, can’t catch a break, playing away against a team on the up with a new manager, can’t defend and toothless in attack.
I’ll buy in to a 0-2 result with our striker getting a much needed goal and Wirtz being one of our best players.

We looked better - more balance and more like a team. Good to see a RB playing at RB and someone who looks like an actual capable defender.
Three points and an improved performance - I can see how that might be a big disappointment to some.
