As I said last week. Rodrygos agent has held talks with the club. We should hear more by next week. I wasn't told this by the agents friend but if they get Harvey over the line then Rodrygo and a late move Wednesday for Isak is really possible.
I like Rodrygo, I think Ekitike is going to be class this season. What we all thinking on Rodrygo and Isak?

Don’t think we need Rodrygo if we sign Isak even if Elliott leaves. Would much rather we bring in a number 6 to compete with Gravenberch we look open on the break without him in the team. Endo is great to come on and see games out but don’t think he competes to start with Gravenberch.

Not arsed about Rodrygo. If we were going for a winger I’d rather we went for Semenyo as he causes defenders problems and doesn’t take a non homegrown space. Rodrygo seems like just another run of the mill lightweight Brazilian winger like Antony, Robinho and countless others.

Honestly Robboslostlegs, there’s no better winger out there than Semenyo imho. He’s got physicality, end product, pace to burn, work ethic, he’s worked his way up the leagues, he’s a Liverpool player if ever I saw one.

Hey all, that “rumour” had a source last week well before Rodrygo flew in so it was correct. I can’t see him signing for city as there’s too much comp but you never know… we’ve seen Eze change in an instant. Are we sure we need him (Rodrygo) people saying oh he’s left side but he can play across the front so I think it’s versatility they are looking at here.
Does anyone know if it actually will affect the Isak deal? I know there’s a few people in here with fairly reliable info. I can’t stand the ITK acronym. But the IKFA did make me laugh.

I like Semenyo Victor but he’s not moving this summer so it’s pointless talking about him as a Liverpool player right now.
Next year he’ll probably want to test himself at a bigger club but he’ll be 1 year into a 5 year contract, will be 26 years old and so will cost a lot of money.
I think he’s got Utd written all over him.

It’s a long season. If we get rodrygo and Isak, we have 6 forwards for 3 roles plus Rio. Arsenal have 6 plus dowman. City have 6. Chelsea have about 8. I don’t know why this is a problem.

I heard he earns 300k euro post tax and wants same if not an increase. So for that reason alone I can't see it as would be matching salahs wage and while I actually really like rodrygo for that reason alone I think it would be a non runner.

flashy the red. I'm a IKFA Brit living in Toronto for the last 20 years. Haven't heard Jack from anyone ITK bit I think Isak will get done, Newcastle know his stock never be higher and will be a nightmare to try integrate him. It's the smartest business and football decision. I also think we will get SOLFP over the line as palace will be silly to let him too for a free and been reported so many places he wants us. I also think Harvey will go to Germany and that will be out, we don't need anyone riser IMO a very solid squad. Just my personal opinions.
