I would say retain the title as it’s a feat we haven’t achieved. Objectively, I rate the champions league higher in terms of global prestige, but subjectively as a Liverpool fan, I feel like we have unfinished business when it comes to the PL and going back to back would be up there with one of our greatest feats we've accomplished as a club. Once that itch has been itched though, I wouldn’t be able to overlook the CL, we need number 7 and be second only to Madrid. At that point would we truly be recognised as the biggest club in England, not just success on the pitch, but off it as well, we will overtake united as a business and institution by that time, especially with how things are going currently.

After watching the demolition last night (did Inter think it was a friendly, as PSG turned it into a training session) I would always take the league anyway as shanks said it's ye bread and butter and always will be!
