I didn't like the booing the first time although I am incredibly disappointed by Trent.
Now that Trent clearly knows the feelings about his decision, I would absolutely hate if he is booed twice. It would ruin a great day.

The lad helped us win everything and the prem twice. We saw what happened when he got injured in terms of our results (thinking the momentum we lost v psg when he went off and the loss to Newcastle) . He’s clearly been a part of the reason we won it and he’s only human wanting a new challenge.
Cheers for the memories Trent, I hope he gets to celebrate well since it’s a team sport and he was part of that team. Would love to see the fans embrace him if he ever decides to come back to the club.

The atmosphere on Sunday is going to be crazy before, during and after the game.
I genuinely can’t see Trent getting any minutes at all but when he collects his medal the majority of that stadium will be consumed with alcohol by that stage.
I’d be happy if he got little to no reaction collecting his medal but if he does get booed then it’s literally going to turn to a party atmosphere again as soon as the next player steps up.
On Sunday and Monday the squad and coaching team will be celebrated immensely and Trent will be in the shadows of it all.

The one interesting point I took from Klopp's speech, was what he said regards to the owners not being angry regards to receiving no fee. Like he said, if they're not angry, why are supporters?
They are so angry, they are hopefully about to shell out £126 million for one of the best players in the world.
What a time to be a Red. I keep saying the same thing, so sorry for being a bore, but cherish what's happening. We are living through a fantastic time in our club's history, don't let your opinion on one individual tarnish the euphoria.

Some are angry cos he is leaving, other cos he is leaving w/ o a fee and others cos of the way he calculated and manipulated the situation to get the move. The rest? All of the above. I wouldn’t boo one of our own players but I am very disappointed in TAAs behaviour and I’m not sure he’d even make the bench tomorrow if I was manager because if he gets booed again it’s another round of poor headlines for the club.
Slot’s presser yesterday added some interesting nuance to the story I thought. I’m wondering if Liverpool might have seriously considered that alleged £20m offer from RM if both Bradley and Gomez had been fully fit in January.

@FPF, not sure I understand that you have the right to tell Klopp what to do. Are you his mum? Klopp knows the lad better than anybody on this forum and he obviously has a lot of respect for TAA and what he has put into and done for the club. Like I say, not sure what gives you the right to try and shut down his (very informed) opinion.
