It appears to be from one guy on twitter and then it's spread.

By the looks of it he has made plenty of claims including Saul and danjuma being nailed on last year.

It's like Bobby's teeth saying it's on, file it under not going to happen this year imo.

There seems to be a lot of interest in Bellingham from quite a few teams. And most of them heavy hitters and the usual suspects (what Real Madrid want to do with Bellingham after already having Camavinga and Tchouameni, is beyond me) . Doubtful but the club may try to pull another one those "Keita" advance purchase agreements?

Will LFC break club purchase records in consecutive years? I would say no, but they've done it before (Allison and VVD) . Would LFC pay an impactful player over 200K per week (I'm so sure Bellingham will ask at least that much)? I would say no, but again look at what they have agreed to with Salah. So the old adages don't apply, and anything is possible.

I think Ed02 has said a couple of times that if Liverpool were to try up a deal for Bellingham in the window it would likely start a bidding war for his services, although I stand to be corrected.

The numerous articles talking about how LFC would have been in for Sancho, were it not for his wage demands, and how LFC look for players who's main motivation is the project and success more than money, suggest that the gauntlet is being thrown down-fit into our model and show you really want us, or not.
If Jude wants to be an LFC legend and work with Jurgen, then he will have to take less wages, and also to tell Dortmund that he has eyes only for LFC.
