ED001 can you remember during Man utd's years of dominance they were asked how they were going to avoid making the same mistakes Liverpool made during there years in the wilderness?
My point to you is this: they have made exactly the same mistakes.
Since SAF retired they have lurched from one disaster to another.
The similarity is frightening imo.
No real plan on how to replace fergie.
Letting Fergie choose his replacement.
Buying average players at over inflated prices.
Going through managers like they were going out of fashion.
Appointing a former player who is stuck in a 1999 time warp.
Letting the ground decay.
Burying there head in the sand in reference to how long ago they last won the title, its currently 7 years but will be at least 10 before they challenge imo.
Being a complete mess at board room level.
Basically they have repeated every mistake Liverpool made but they said they would not make.
I don't know about you Ed001 mate but watching the utd legends pundits having a complete meltdown is very satisfying indeed.

And while we can gloat a little. Remember, how the utd fans are now is how we were in the 90s when we thought it was our right to win the league. And I hate to say it, we have to win a few league titles to be considered the best team England has seen. We are well on the way and have broken records like they're going out of fashion.

Did anybody see that idiot Keane going on tonight? Proper deluded almost saying pep and Klopp are the same level as ole. I hope they keep ole as manager and maguire as captain for as long as possible. They’re quickly becoming as bitter as the blues and there cup finals are playing us twice a season.

Both Keane and Evra were making asses of themselves. Evra going on and on about zonal marking for corners and Keane waxing eloquently and constantly about his buddy Ole. After watching these two, as well as Ferdinand and Neville, it's amazing to note that it's only Neville who makes any attempt to appear unbiased (and that too only since recently) .

Jealous may be a better word then? Only banter with yourself Ed but that Keane is green with envy, just like his comments about us being nowhere near when the trophy’s will be handed out. We are one of the best teams this new era of football has ever seen. Swallow it.
