On the sturridge post. I may have walked into a pole with Adams glasses.
He slipped my mind. Aquero is also injury prone but when fit yes certainly worldclass. Sturridge would not be a mile ahead however he certainly would rival him on that level when fit.

I don't think Sturridge is anywhere near Aguero's level.

I wonderes where my glasses were! Been having to wear contact lenses 24/7 and it's getting uncomfortable!

Spot on.

Short memories on here regarding Sturridge

I think Studge is quality when fit . But he is quality with a quality partner . And can be superb on he's day . Aguero is quality all on he's own or in a partnership . He's brilliant and the best striker in the prem by a mile when fit

I'm with you Al when he was on form he could mix it with the best of them what a player. The squads missed him he provides more than great football, he's a great character to have round the place and as he always says red or dead.

Firstly I'm a big fan of the studge, but to say he's at the same level as aguero is crazy! Every part of agueros game is a notch above Danny's, he is truly 'world class' Sturridge needs a partner to create the room for him(this is why he thrived with Suarez). I'm not knocking danny, far from it, but aguero doesn't need anyone, he can do it alone (like Suarez) I think(and hope) firminio will be the one to make studge tick now.

Aguero is world class sturridge isnt

Cant compare - different types of players. They each trump the other in certain areas of their games.

Sturridge isn't too far off Aguero's level in my opinion. His movement is as good as Aguero's, he can link up with team mates well, his shooting and heading is good (heading arguably better than Aguero's) and he scores goals at a really high rate. The big difference, I think, is Aguero's ability one on one against defenders - I think he has a bit more about him in terms of dribbling and ability to take a man. Certainly don't think Sturridge is as far off his level as some are saying though, for me the margins are pretty thin.

Can't compare Sturridge and Aguero? They are both strikers! Silliest thing I have ever read. That is like saying you can't compare Agger and Skertel as their playing styles were different 🙈
