Guys what's with the furore over our goal against Forest? Missed it (cos I missed a few and they won every match so superstitious me won't watch them now lol) but saw it on MOTD, looked off originally but was on when u saw the lines and the right angle

What's bugging me is all I see now is the wrong angle showing him off and the usual LiVARpool rubbish. I mean have people forgot the armpit hair or toenail offsides that go against us all the time?

Also bringing up the Lukaku one in the final. I thought he was on but thought there was nothing wrong with Matip's goal either.

Personally I think if it's that close the decision should go in favour of the attacker, thought that was a rule tbh?

Agree0 Disagree0

Bill as the saying goes mate Jealousy is just love and hate at the same time.

Other clubs and fans will always look at the teams that are doing well and have a jealousy agenda.

I for one used to hate UTD's success but christ they were a good side and i hate to admit when i watched them as a neutral 9 times out of 10 they were more entertaining than us and the green eyed monster would come out every time they lost.

Get ready for the fume over the next two months. Every kick, every tackle, every decision will have heads wobbling all over the place. Football eh?

There’s an article written in the Independent from 2014 called ‘English public wrong on just about everything, study finds’. I feel like this is another one of those instances. Have people never heard of forced perspective?

Nothing wrong with our goal. On the initial replay it looked slightly off. But when they showed a better angle it was clearly onside, close but hardly controversial.
The most controversial moment I suppose was the penalty appeal, at first glance I did think Alisson had caught him but when you see a replay he’s clearly dragged his foot back and tried to win one.
So 2 moments and the refs got them both right for once.

I think we should have had a penalty in the first half for the challenge on Jota.

Never even saw that Rigsby, MOTD didn't show it lol

Just interesting how things play out, our goal was grand but the crap it has stirred is wild. Many worse, actual poor VAR calls haven't got the same reaction (City penalty at Wolves for 'handball' for.

The commentators were saying it was a great tackle, Bill. The defender never touched the ball and went through Jota. It wasn't even checked.
Ah, well.
