Vvd would be a great signing if we can do it, him and matip could be the partnership we need and lovren as backup.
I also agree that ox is bad business as I think grujic should be given a chance to play MF next season along with Can Hendo Wini Lucas and Milner so for me he is not needed.
As for wingers I would be happy with the addition of salah as an extra option and he is obviously talented.
Up front the young lad solanke will be going to the u23 I assume so I think we will be on the lookout for a starting striker, all seems quiet on luan and I never saw him play so I'm not too sure on that, maybe coutihno and firmino will offer advice as to how good he is.
In summary I'd be happy with:

Salah
Mendy

Van Dijk is going to City. They'll pay the fee and not mess him around on the wages. We ballsed it up again with our dithering messing the player around. We are suspect at centre half and anyone thinking differently is deluding themselves as Matip aside we lack any quality. Knowing us we'll go and waste money on one of Gibson/ Keane/ Maguire who are woeful.

Van Dijk is 100% not worth £60m and £200k a week, rather us move on at that price. Would get Koulibaly for half that. Probably get Varane for less. Far too overpriced. Not even the best cb in the prem.

Sorry frankly, we weren't looking at a CB until his agent threw him at us with these wage demands. Can you not see a mercenary when you see one? Would you prefee that Edwards bent over and paid what is basically a random fee for a player in a position we weren't looking at and isn't worth that much anyway?
