Liverpool have bid 11 million for pulisic and have offered to loan him back to Dortmund for the rest of the season.

I don't see the sense of loaning him back to Dortmund when they are looking to loan him out to another Bundesliga side. Plus didn't they just reject Stoke City's 20m bid? So why would they accept our 11m bid? This is like when Rodgers came we were linked with every Swansea or Chelsea youth player.
