I would like changes to be happening soon and not until the middle of the summer.Rodgers cclearly is for the sack but it would benefit the club more if we got in a replacement sooner though unlikely to happen. We need a new gk that's a given and someone in to sort out our central defence and put the right players in there. Skrtl is our worst defender regardless of what brendan thinks. I would like to see lovren/Sakho/llori given time in pre season to form a central partnership and a top defensive coach in to improve them and organise the entire defence because flannaghan and moreno will turn out outstanding if under the right man. A few players need shipped out at the back
Midfield wise Gerrard is leaving and I presume Allen because he hasn't shown to be good enough. We have lucas and can who are central/defensive midfielders and henderson who will get us a few goals but we need a top midfielder in. I personally would love keiderA, he's an outstanding player when fit and I would bring rossiter in more. We have enough attacking players and playmakers in lallana, continho, sterling and markovic but we need another 20 plus goalscorer in who can play in our system. We have only one top striker in our squad and he's injury prone. Lambert, ballotelli and borini look set for the door or atleast two of them and origi I am totally unconvinced by.
A new manager, dof, the squad trimmed and 3 top players in. And to help fund that I would sell sterling if someone offers 30 plus million. We have young Ibe who will be an outstanding player. Klopp would be a difficult managerial option to get but would my my top choice fall back de boer and the sooner we act the better because man city will be looking for a new manager

Al,

When you say Rodgers is clearly for the sack. I'm not saying I'd agree or disagree, but I think NEUTRALS/MEDIA etc would still think that after last season and (admittedly, "just") 2 months of this he'd be safe for another couple of years and if pressed now they'd collectively say he was one of the safest premiership managers currently.

i honestly think if we sacked him in the summer, it would by far be the summer's biggest talking point. talk of "not giving young british managers a chance" and general amazement all round. i bet ya!

sounds daft in a way but only liverpool fans COULD want brendan out if that makes sense?! whereas someone like pardew at newcastle or harry at qpr, fans of any club would see they were doomed.

generally just saying that what we think is nailed on, everyone else will think BR is doing great and would be surprised.

I agree with you mate. Pundits and the media have been applauding Rodgers but let's be honest they haven't a clue and love to hype a story. He has failed at everything this season but the outside are oblivious to it. We should only worry about our own club

They have no idea what they are talking about because some of them don't want to be seen as bashing the manager. We know better and we know BR is on the chopping block. He has been a failure and his record so far since he arrived has been poor. You will never hear that from the clueless pundits who do nothing but echo other peolple's spin
