Ed01 your a lfc fan . Just wondered what your thoughts are on this . If we sign Benteke and Sturidge gets fit how do you see our formation taking shape ? Out of the players we have now who and where would you play them ?
Oh and that kid I asked about a while ago is called Luis longstaff he is meant to have signed and will be playing U15s .

{Ed001's Note - I think it is going to be a horses for courses system mate. We don't have a clear first 11, we have no real system you can point to and say that is the way to go.}

The only benefits I can see from this is that a new manager will have a variety of players to choose from/implement a new system if one were to arrive.

I hope if nothing else we settle on a system, to much tinkering doesn't work. Send your best players out in their correct positions and let them play!

Which is good or bad Ed? Erring on the side of having the flexibility myself, however how many formations are the team going to be expected to adapt to this year??? I hope they know what they are doing.

Ed001, Is this the normal manner in which clubs conduct business? I would assume you would select a system and acquire players based on need and players abilit, or I am completely wrong in my thinking.

Cheers ed01 i hope they find a settled team too . Only problem is that players becoming unhappy . To be honest I would prefer Sturidge all day long ahead of Benteke as I think he will get the system much better .

Wasn't Rodgers blasted by many for not tinkering with the system last year? Now it appears we have the ability to do so, people want a set system?
