Hi eds it was regarding why sinclair wanted to leave you said thst br does nt watch much of the loaned players or the youth team and how this was the tip of the iceberg

Once you stop being seen as a team that allows youngsters to progress, you stop getting the best kids joining. With Rodgers not even bothering to go along and watch the players, that has compounded matters with academy players like Sinclair losing incentive and hope.}

I guess some fans will come back will the the normal and pathetic "if BR's not playing them, they must not be good enuff" or "since we are not sure all of them will make it here then why play them anyway" excuses to absorb BR of his incompetence in this area as Ed mentioned, he is not interested in their development, doesn't go to watch their games.

Redohio: You seem to be making a point that a player not being good enough is not a reason not to pick them.
We do need to remember that the primary objective is win matches. Developing youth is an important secondary aim that should support winning matches in the future.
