Very very very very very very shocked that the 49mil hasn't stuck him like it has done for other players past and present.
Can only think the martial fee took the edge off him.
Hope he does well, no hard feelings there but as I said just suprised nothing much has been said about his fee.

I'd forgotten about him too, but watched the England game and reminded me of how frustrating he can be with his end product. Haven't watched enough of Man City to know how he's getting on

I don't think the martial fee was a factor but maybe the de bruyne one. He's started to justify it, sterling hasn't yet

Sterling is too hit and miss for me. He still cannot shoot properly and his crossing is very poor. Obviously he shows the odd flashes of brilliance but i simply do not see him adding much consistency to his game to become a world class player. Not worth what City paid for him tbh. He also does not seem to be on the same wavelength as his City team mates, while De Bruyne settled down without any problems right from the go.
