Eds, do you think milner will be fighting for a spot a going forward?

I really can't see it any other way myself. I do worry that Can will be sacrificed for him though.

He got a first half knock but I agree he wasn't performing.
At the end of the day, Lucas will start when fit, Hendo will start when fit, Firmino and Coutinho will start, Benteke/ Sturridge/ will start so there is one more place.
I think Milner will have a bit part role but is useful in a squad situation.
