Hi Eds, could we offer Southampton more money not to follow up on the complaint, or is now its been logged the prem will have to follow up on it.

{Ed002's Note - I am not aware that there is any agreement over the fee - although everyone is telling me that there is and someone has said on Twitter what the fee is and Macca has already confirmed the deal has been done. So I cannot really help.}

So in actual fact ed, im not calling him out but Macca is not quite right as VVD is not a done deal is it.
{Ed002's Note - Not a question for me - everyone keeps telling me it is a done deal which Macca has confirmed and that Liverpool are paying £x to Southampton and £x to the player each week.}

I just want to say now, don't start this ed002 vs macca crap again. If I'm allowed to say, both are extremely resourceful in respected fields. It's probably best to not answer ( like you're doing ) on vvd, 002. But you know that, you're a lot wiser than me :)

Macca actually did a follow up post confirming what he meant was that VVD has agreed to join LFC ahead of City and Chelsea and not that the deal is done. hope this clarifies matters.
{Ed002's Note - Chelsea did not see value in the asking price so they were no an option so that makes little sense. So is Macca confirming the illegal approach to van Dijk - that is quite interesting.}

To be fair Ed002, macca has actually never stated fees to club or player unless I've missed something and also said by done he means that van dijk has chosen us over city? Don't understand why there is a friction between you both, your both very much appreciated and reliable. No need for it I don't think.

I really don't know ed02 and don't know enough to comment if it was an illegal approach! If it was we only have ourselves to blame. Anyhow, may i just say you're knowledge is insane and thank you and the other eds for the knowledge / info you all pass on. If you're ever in the sunniest place in the British Isles give me a shout :)
