so if I understand ed02 right, when Liverpool say Coutinho is not for sell, it has everything to do with price but for Keita no means no.

Transfers are more than a matter of money. Contract length obviously plays a part but also promises made to a player, squad management etc will all be involved. I have no idea how this applies with RBL and Keita or with us and Couts (eds? ), just pointing out it's not black and white.
