Seen the other European leagues use the 5 subs rule just bewilders me about the epl and them not doing it! Should of just been brought in end of!

I get that Ed but I think it will come back and haunt the English in Europe!
Being no preseason the fa should of jus brought it in!

I know the top teams in the prem get a lack of flack for the their financial greed which is a point of view I can understand. But at the same time I do feel that there are too many teams who are satisfied with simply staying in the league.
There are too many teams who sit deep with three centre backs and they don't seem to want to develop players anymore. I think it has become worse in the last five years or so since the TV deals really went through the roof. Most teams now can throw tens of millions around on established players whereas in the past someone younger may have been given a chance.
I definitely preferred watching the entirety of the prem's fixture list about a decade ago. Now I don't really care who goes down as the majority of teams that do get relegated play boring football.
Although shout out to Norwich. I feel they are a club doing things the right way even if it got them relegated last year. In the long term, I think they will be better for it.

I can see the logic against it. For example Utd playing Brighton could just keep bringing on Cavani, Greenwood, Mata etc until they got their goal. Brighton and other similar clubs can only do so much against a pool of better players.
