Hi eds who do you think would be a Gud replacement for Gerard I personally think cabaye would be good option

I would hope Luis Alberto isn't sold personally I think he's playing brilliantly at the moment whilst on loan, whenever I get a chance to watch a match I am thoroughly impressed. Him Can and Hendo, would be a brilliant midfield to me.
Gerrard has already been replaced with Can. What we need is a box to box CM to provide competition for Hendo and replace Allen.

Ed isn't can is brilliant but with Lucas wanting to leave won't we nd another center mid?

I'd personally rather keep allen as 4th choice, as long as can lucas and Henderson all stay, he's steady, young, and unless we get over 10 million for him, i'm not sure there's a better replacement for him?
James Milner would be a terrible replacement for an outgoing Lucas if Can is Gerrards replacement as he has no positional sense and doesn't read the game very well at all.
Personally would hope the club would fight tooth and nail to hang on to Lucas and let Allen go as he really offers nothing.
Hope the club is able to find another Can.

I actually don't think Milner is bad.Especially in the centre of the park, I don't like him out wide.But for me he's a player with good tracking, tackling ability, ball playing and determination. If he comes to our club I would welcome him.
I wouldn't pay what city paid for him which I think has helped people be speculative about him. I also wouldn't play him wide like city do or upfront!

Has there been any change in Lucas' situation at the club Ed002? Or is it still expected that he will leave in the summer? If he goes, that means a CDM has to be priority for the summer as Can is the only one right now who can fill that position and Milner is no CDM.
I'd have Milner. But only as a Central midfielder.
I would be happy with him and is he on a free?
Milner isn't a centre midfielder though and hardly ever plays there for city. I'd rather we looked elsewhere.
