I am finding myself feeling really excited once again to be a Liverpool supporter!
When Rodger's was announced as our manager I was content and thought like many he would do a good job and supported him but never once felt like a child with excitement.

This time feels so different and I haven't felt like this for a long time. If I am honest not since danglish as player manager, Roy evans and some of Rafa's reign.

It would seem fairly safe that this time the worst case realistic scenario is we will get a great manager, whether Klopp, Carlo or the others mentioned, but if Klopp for me this is a dream come true.
Yes he will need time, but I do think he is much more likely to play some youth players and will treat players with honesty and integrity. He will build good relations with players and coaching staff and especially fans.

Can you imagine how nice it will be to see him interviews after a game, even if we lose he will be honest in his assessment and not repeat the same robotic pap.

I hope like others have said us fans make his welcome and show him how well your never walk alone can sound when so many passionate supporters sing it. I want him to feel hearing that is more impressive than even Dortmund and that we are the best fans (even if we are not some of the time).

I, like many I am sure am constantly looking at every Klopp video and document I can find in my silly excitement, but it feels good

Cant wait

Sorry you never once felt the excitement under BR? That 2013/2014 run didn't fill you with utter joy and leave you desperate for the next game? But a new manager 'probably' joining, whoever he is, does? If that's really the case then that's ridiculous

Don't think he quite meant it like that, hjikle.

No, that year under Rodgers was very exciting, that's true but not what I meant, but fair point. If the signing of someone like Klopp doesn't excite you and all that it may or may not entail though I would equally suggest that is ridiculous?

I was excited during that near run to the title. I used to wake up all hyped up to go watch the games at the bar because I knew we would play well and score goals. As for Klopp coming in, this is the first time I`ve ever been excited about a new hire in years.
