Can is still learning he is only 22 and he's in the team week in week out give him the next three years like we gave henderson and we will asking ourselves why did we ever doubt him trust me the lads got a future with us.

Don't understand the hate towards can at all. He makes fouls, but he's putting himself about, and we need some steel, he misplaces passes, but he's trying to move us forward, attempting aggressive passes. Sometimes he holds onto it too long, but he's a powerful runner, doesn't give up, and a little awareness and he'll learn to move it on after the run. It's not like he's shying away and just passing backwards, how many 22 year olds play week in week out in deep midfield? Not many, he's worth holding on to easily.

Can has been playing really poor lately and like every other player he should be benched for a better player.
I would play Allen ahead of Can of Milner.

If Can, can get himself into the starting lineup for Germany in the Euros I think you will see a much improved player next season, he just lacks confidence in himself and his ability going forward hence why he over runs the ball a lot because he has an awful habit of looking at his feet while running with the ball, but that should all change when he is surrounded by a full squad of world class players in preparation for the Euros
Give the kid time he's very young and iv said it before and will say it always he will become one of the best midfielders in Europe in the next few years and I would have to say the exact same thing about Jordan ibe
Young and learning at a fast pace just give them time the last thing they need in their delevopment is stupid ignorant fans who have no clue breathing down their necks.

What is wrong with everyone on here? Absolutely incredible. Taking turns on throwing crap pies at each player, one after another, one by one. All its taking is one subpar performance and then the mistakes are micro-analyzed (with complete disregard for the overall positives) before the "get rid" final judgement is pronounced! And every week there is a new candidate. Where's the patience? (Some will notice that I've been very critical of Benteke lately, but that's the one player I think deserves criticism because of the ultimate crime on the football field, in my eyes, - consistent lack of effort. I see no such thing with any of the other players, no matter how bad a day they've had at the office) . People need to show some restraint.

Transition you say Emre Can is playing badly but he's been an ever present for us. The only rest games he has had are the fa cup matches he's been subbed once in the Arsenal game. In January hell in the 25 games Klopp has managed Can has played 90 minutes or more in 18 games been subbed only twice been on the bench once and either injured or cup game so rested for the others. He is still winning tackles his passing is ok and he is getting closer in his shots. Hell the boy is starting to win headers (not the best in the air) . Fatigue is a massive part of anyone's game and he played 120 minutes and took a bad pen vs Stoke. He needs a rest not 'fans' like yourself having a pop. He's still played better than Henderson who is himself injured/ rusty.
I'd also like to note Can was man marked in the second half by arsenal subbed in the 82nd minute and they did not mark Allen the same way and he scored. Joe allen is finding form as a player who can pass around when teams are tired and he is doing that well.
Just a defence since Leek and Craigu are having a pop at someone who is playing on fumes and is he best cm who is fit we have at the moment.

This is why E0s says lFC fans are the worst or best at slandering their own players and their own club. I mean, just read the pathetic trash on here with fans slating players, young players who are still learning the game, just because they had a bad couple of games. Really? Can has improved a lot under Klopp and his runs are essential because they switch defence to attack with speed and power. Granted he may need a rest because he looks leggy right now but to say he should be sold because of two bad games? should Ibe be sold or loaned out because he`s been leggy as well? the nonsense i read here is why sometimes, I think some of our own fans are rooting for the club or players to fail just to say "I told you so". PATHETIC!
