Maybe Everton need to consider that regardless of the ball rolling out of play, they still switched off and still defend worse than us.

Exactly, Davey. You are coached from toddler age to ALWAYS play to the whistle but it seems Everton never got the memo. Martinez is doing the same thing he did with Wigan as in, defensively aweful, can't win games, gifting the opposition goals, and being a crap manager and motivator. In time, he got them relegated and the media still thought he was a genius. He will drag Everton down with him and leave them the same way he left Wigan. Everton fans need to wake up. Your manager will ruin you, eventually.
