Obviously I was dispointed with yesterday's result (mainly due to its similalarity with other draws losses etc this season) . However we are still third with top four in our hands. The reason we haven't pushed for the title this season is because of games likes yesterday where teams pack the defender. Klopp has a whole pre season to try and address that, and if he can figure a way to combat this (over to you Klopp) then surely we must be pushing for the title next season. Still annoyed about yesterday but overall very optimistic!

At least Klopp has shown he can be pragmatic and grind out a draw or win in these last few matches - we've been whining about conceding soft goals for a while. The problem is we've swung too far the other way now and sitting with too many players back, not enough speed or ambition in our passing, and therefore a lack of cutting edge upfront.

Completely agree, it does show that Klopp has recognised weaknesses and is attempting to address them.

As you say though, it seems to have swung too far the other way. I tend to agree with ED01 that new full backs will be a massive boast (assuming they are better of course! ) Being able to get behind the defence and having decent crosses put in would be so hopeful in games like yesterday.

Spot on, boys. Yesterday showed massively that our FB's need replacing cos they offer next to NOTHING going forward esp. Clyne. Klopp is finding other ways to win games now as we cannot play all-out attacking football anymore due to injuries and fatigue. As a result, we have taken 10 out of 15 points and that is NOT bad even tho we could have done better. We just need to dig deep, support the team and the manager and get them over the line for CL footie and we can address our issues in the summer cos we have a lot of them.
