Eds am I safe in saying FSG being the main culprits in this ESL and it now falling apart the downfall is going to be very hard for liverpool football club as whole.
FSG will need to either leave the club that is forced out or the as owners of the club, the owners and club in turn will face heavy sanctions, penalties and probably a cut in points. It could result in lfc being banned from UEFA competition for a while and may be a reduction in points that can result in relegation this season itself.
So its a foot in mouth situation cuz the smart arses are now going to pay for consequences and our dear club will be run ragged left right and centre.
I am very fearful of this situation and i don't think any of the other 19 clubs are going to support the club even if apologies are offered in abundance. Its not going to be a light punishment as FSG initiated this.

Ed are you suggesting there is very little hope for liverpool now? Obviously it will be a real suck up if owners have to backtrack and as you have suggested it doesn't seem likely.

You mentioned further down the page that Chelsea and City had been misrepresented and didn’t realise what they were signing up to. Not being funny but how could you possibly sign up for a new competition without knowing what it is? That’s a cop out if ever I heard one! I mean who’s running the clubs Mickey Mouse?

Ed2. Are we looking to ride this until the wheels fall off i. e we are not looking to back out? We have become an absolute joke of a club. Again, something you have said for a long time now is that we are amateurs in how we act and our behaviour shows nothing to suggest otherwise.

Well there’s not a lot of point in 3 clubs remaining committed! Without all the top clubs, it’s hardly a super league is it?! Best thing LFC can do now is announce they are pulling out ASAP! Damage limitation at this point.
