Good morning all Ed's and red's. Another beautiful day for JK to go tapping up another player. Its really really getting embarrassing now I wish to hell he would stop. Has nobody within the club have any control over this situation I wonder!

Having Klopp as manager with his ongoing tapping up but winning trophies galore. It looks like he won't change anytime soon.

Or another manager who does everything by the book but we go back to scrapping for fourth?

Just be happy we are on top Barry lad.

Markp08, I disagree cos this is NOT and either/ or situation. That is a complete form of deflection and a cop-out, IMO. The worst thing is, we don't even need to do this to get the players we want. We have signed good players under Klopp w/ o having to tap them up so why do we keep doing it and becoming the pariah of clubs in Europe. I won't stand for that even tho, you may not seem to care.

Klopp does need to change and the club MUST make him do it cos it seems the higher ups engage in the same type of Billy big Boots tactics of muscling smaller clubs into doing what we want, per Ed01 and 02 and if that is the case, Klopp is being enabled and that is not right. They need to fix-up quick cos this may lead to a fine or a ban or something and trust me, you will not be taking Klopp's side if that happens.

If this is true
Why don’t those clubs complain or lodge officials complaints with fifa or UEFA or whoever?
It just seems easier to follow the group and condemn Liverpool and klopp every day now it seems

Two Liverpool directors left a trail of slime when the made a grovelling apology to Fulham over an illegal approach they made to stop them making a formal complaint. Liverpool then paid £15M over the odds and outrageous agent fees to Southampton for an illegal approach and having one of their players go on strike for six months. They have paid off other clubs, heeded verbal warnings (only this week from Bayern Munich), suffered the indignation of what other clubs have said about their lack of respect (a recent good example being RB Leipzig) and stepped back after written complaints were made in writing (e.g. by Udinese). It is to me completely unprofessionalism and unacceptable.}

Sounds like this issue goes beyond Klopp Barry. Ed02 I'm sure you're sick to death posting about this, and I can see the lack of understanding and maybe even arrogance of some of us liverpool fans is frustrating you. But interested to see why you think the club conducts itself like this? Do FSG run their other sport ventures similarly?

After lying to the Council about their consulation with the locals about the plans for Anfield there was a delay and the two phased approach decided. In February 2020 Liverpool took out a mortgage on all assets (the Freehold and Leasehold of Anfield and about 90 properties (some of which were obtained CPO) with the charge held by Natwest. FSG are investors in sport - right now they have very significant problems because of the pandemic. When the growth of Liverpool flattens out they will take their money and invest in something new and do what is necessary to have that grow.}
