Eds, is it true Joe hart may be sold if and when guardiola comes in, or is it just far to early to say?
If he were to leavers would be hard to see us not in the running for him if he stays in England, I don't think he's an improvement of any of the top 6s goalies, Stoke have butland and saints Forster so I doubt they'll be in the market.
I don't think he's top class but he's an upgrade, shouts a lot although not sure how well he organises judging by city's defence without Kompany. Makes some top saves and some blunders too, should have stopped lallanas goal with ease. Only really mentioned it because I saw a few rumours linking him to leave and like i said I can't see many teams in the top half interested.

and by purchasing hart we have learnt nothing from mignolet.

we don't need a English mignolet fencey we need a top quality goalkeeper a game changer, some one who can save us 10-15pts a season. we got it right when we replaced westerveld with dudek and then dudek with reina, since then we have got it badly wrong, even with our number 2 goalkeepers I might add.

No thanks to Hart. Good shot stopper but like Migs his positioning and distribution is a bit suspect. Karius, Begovic, Horn etc will do for me.

Hart was really poor on Wednseday I thought. Uncharactaritically but still worrying for any of his potential future clubs.

He`s always been an average GK so no surprise that he had a stinker at Anfield. it`s what he does.
