Ed 2 do you think the super 12 will back down and uefa won’t ban the teams etc or has it gone to far? Change is never easy to accept but I agree change is needed going forward.

Its been a PR disaster for the owners, none of them have come out and voiced their reasons to the fans. They can hear all the noise this has created, they have heard that Parliament has said it will look at legislation to limit ownership to 49%. I know that law suits are in progress to try to limit what UEFA and FIFA can do and the Super League is taking a huge gamble especially when the reformed Champions League addresses many of their concerns. I suspect this may end in tears.

I assume if clubs start backing down the super league will be shut down and we can return to a “new normal�
