Ed002 I have a Finance question for you. the carabao cup is it cost in the clubs more to play it then what are they getting out of it with only so many games on TV. And am not sure what sky would pay to show a carabao cup game as to what it cost a club to play a game I would assume it cost more to play a night game to a day match with all the cost of lighting and such.
{Ed002's Note - The clubs at the higher level make nothing from playing in or winning the CC from a financial perspective but it gives access to Europe for the middling and lower sides - which gives a bigger reward.}

am not sure if I agree with it gives access to Europe for the middling and lower sides - which gives a bigger reward ed. in the past 20 season only 4 times have the big 6 teams not won it. With city winning it 5 times in the past 7 years with Utd and Chelsea being the other 2 teams. I think with the squads now ed the lower clubs have very little chance to win it when you look at the top 6 teams there back up 11 would beat most of the other clubs first team and they rest most of there first team players as well so the gulf is even bigger.
{Ed002's Note - The point is it gives them a chance.}
