Delph should have signed it, there are not many competitions at city ATM and they are quite struggling to buy players with majority of their targets are high end.

He wouldn't have gotten a game at City ahead of Toure, Fernandinho and the like and if he wants to make the England squad for the Euros, he is better off at Villa.
