Ed02, With the crazy transfer fees and wages for top players, is it becoming a real possibility that a big European team could be wiped out permanently by overspending?

By that I mean current successful teams and well known Euro teams such as Inter and AC Milam who are not the forces they once were.
Are clubs taking huge financial risks in the hope of getting back to the top table of European football? Thanks.

{Ed002's Note - Inter resolved their financial issues - Milan have other problems. In terms of vast spending and wages clubs are constrained by FFP and commercial income so the chances of it happening should be reduced. Clubs like PSG and Barcelona have to balance the books.}

What about anzhi makhalahla*? I remember they spent big money one year only to seem to need to offload everyone asap soon after, was that an example of a club who's expenditure put them into big trouble? I don't know what their current situation is.

{Ed002's Note - No, Anzhi is not an example.}

Aye i didn't really have a clue how they operated to be fair, seemed like they had a naive strategy anyway.
