Hi eds and reds, a question regarding minimino, do we think he’s going to come good for us? I’m hopeful as I like his energy on the pitch. I think given a little more time he with become a key member of the squad. How long did it take for firmiho to fit in.

I don’t know why people keep forgetting that people take at least 6 months to settle into our squad with a few exceptions.

People were on the ox’s case and fabinho’s when he first joined.

Taku has played a total of about 6 games for us so far and had a 4 month interruption due to C.V..

Let’s give the lad time and stop questioning him until he’s had a chance to show us what he’s really capable of.

Yes he will come good. Players like Fabinho, Robertson and Ox hardly played for the first 3 months of the season. It’s the Klopp way to let the player acclimatize to our style of play first.

I think our style of play is very unique. He's had to learn English, deal with a 3 month lockdown, and try and learn the tactics with no pre-season and minimal work on the training ground in general.

I think by January 2021 we'll see the real Minamino. He's clearly talented. Reminds me a bit of Yossi Benayoun.

IMO, Ox has already come good and he came good the moment he helped us pummel City 4-3, in both CL games and vs Roma be fore he got injured so to me, that is a settled issue.

The thing now is whether he can come back to the form he had before lockdown as other players are having difficulties coming back to top shape since the Restart. Give it time.
