I know I’ve been banging in about this but it seems incredibly unfortunate in a season of much longed for success that the LFC Women seem to be in such disarray. Relegated, while the blues who came up last season stayed up, and while the mancs turned their resurrected team into real contenders. It’s hard to understand how the team has slipped from double title winners to the relegation they have just suffered.
It would be brilliant if the owners could appoint and back someone to get a real grip of the team and instil that winning spirit we seem to have lost. It need not be one or the other, success for the men or the women, why not success for them both together?

Didn't it have something to do with half the title winning team being given a far better offer and going up the road to play for Utd?

If that is the case I don't blame them. It's getting better but Women's football does need more support all round. Would be great to see something given to the ladies to help them, as I'd love both teams dominating!
