I was just looking through some of my old posts, no idea why! But I came across this reply to one of my posts in 2018 in which I was defending our squad. I won't name the person to embarrass them but this comment hasn't aged well at all lol. Safe to say we've come a long way!

We've come a long way indeed! The sheer hunger; the desire shown by these players is just unreal.
Check this out as an example: last week, Mane misplaced a kick, got exasperated, charged towards Kepa like a demon, and bam, nicked the clearance and scored the killer second goal. Then yesterday, Robbo miscues a clearance, costs us a goal, gets a goal on the other end within 10 minutes!
I know it won't happen in every game, but if these guys keep this mentality up, it will take a lot to stop them!

mate, some of the debates on here and posters questioning FSG and Klopp back in those first couple years, all those comments ahv aged well. having said that, it was the neccessary rough waters that Klopp needed to navigate the club through.
